Shipping Date & Processing Time
Items ship within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you right away! Please be sure your contact information is correct.
NuttButt Bakery uses USPS. When your order is shipped partially or in full you will receive an email indicating it has shipped along with the tracking number.
NuttButt Bakery is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have no control over mail delivery once it leaves the Bakery so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.

International Shipping Rates
If you are an International customer, please be aware that free shipping is not available at this time and additional shipping costs will apply. Please email us for a shipping quote. All international orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking. NuttButt Bakery Customers are responsible for any taxes or duty charges.
